Lurker,

Based on my understanding of non reporting status, you will not find any forms filed in regard to selling EUTO shares. I called the SEC about EUTO and there is no information at all on them for the past few years. Since they previously filed information, it appears at some point EUTO management decided to stop providing information to the SEC.

This is not illegal since they are non reporting. However, it makes it impossible to find out true information on the company. Two good examples are insider selling and reissueing of shares. Both of these activities would normally be evident by filing of forms or shareholder votes.

Here's another question for those who think they see positive progress by EUTO. Do you know why EUTO hasn't applied for reporting status? Since the latest NASDAQ rules passed will require the BB companies to become reporting, what is EUTO waiting for? Have they begun to prepare the required forms? Why don't they want to become a reporting company right now?

I am not sure I am interpreting some posts correctly, but it seems some people think there are insiders with the 50 million in question. To me, the "insiders" may have originally had the 50 million shares. However, those shares have been sold into the float and you, me, and all other shareholders currently hold part of that 50 million. The mystery "insiders" are not going to magically produce 50 million shares without buying them back. This is obviously not happening, even at this low price.

We should all keep in mind that Brad has tried to confuse the 50 million share issue further with the statement in a past newsletter about some issues with a private placement. Up until that point, no one ever heard of a private placement. I believe Brad said these were two separate issues. Then I was told by Brad that some of the same people were involved with both issues. Are there really two issues? What is the real issue here? Yes, Brad, Mr. IR is talking to investors, but he is a master manipulator, who has proven to many of us that he does not tell the truth.

The biggest question here is WHO IS EUTO TRYING TO PROTECT???

It definitely isn't the shareholders, as EUTO would like you to believe. A company who says they are thinking of their shareholders would not let 6 months go by with so many unanswered questions and concerns by their shareholders, and not provide some information. The way EUTO has dealt with this situation causes one to question whether they did something illegal they are trying to hide.

Right now, for EUTO, silence is not golden, and posted messages from Floyd, which are all fluff and absolutely no substance, only increases the frustration felt by shareholders who have been waiting for some truthful answers. We don't need Floyd to be a cheerleader, we need him to act like a CEO and finally come clean with facts.
