Jeff, >this was one of the main reasons which caused me to write the letter to Vice President Gore on April 8th. ( see pulver.com for a copy of the letter.)< Noted. I read the letter several times during the most recent round of regulatory "uncertainties," last month. It was done extremely well, I thought, as did others I spoke with at the time. And you're absolutely correct, come to think of it, the letter does highlight the same set of principles I alluded to earlier. Can you tell us anything about any progress being brought about by the letter, to date? What's your take on the matter at this time, if I might ask?
