Not only do you make light of people suffering with cancer, you joke about people who can no longer take the pain and choose to end their life.

Its easy for you to play the tough guy when you can hide behind a computer screen.

Who are the four you would like to see dead, BOB?
I don't recall anyone on this thread ever advocating for the death of another poster let alone four all together. Congratulations, Bob. you are the first to actually wish for the deaths of 4 regular posters and have his words preserved for everyone to see.

The USA is the only country I know of that validates patents by the first to invent approach. In Europe, etc. they go by the first to file rule.

MYCO recently lost a patent infringement suit against Monsanto
due to the insufficiency of MYCO records to confirm they had been the first to invent a useable tech for applying BT tech for pest resistant plants. I would bet that MYCO did in fact invent first. $ 40 mil in legal fees on that battle.

If LGND was first to invent a viable form of drug they should prevail.
Does anyone know the breadth of application for LGND's patients.?
