PS: Just posted the <GNII> info on the TMEX CAFE thread in a slightly different way:

*******
<GNII> great revenue increase just announced and the BIG NEWS not even out yet

STOCK JUST AT $4.50 (before major shareholder sold shares and MM's took down on the panic)
NOW At 1.625
BACK to $4.50?

From Friday's After Hours' Release, in case you missed it (see the whole story) Quarter Ended March 31, 1998 Compared with the Quarter Ended March 31, 1997

Sales for the quarter ended March 31, 1998 were $5,020,000 compared with same quarter sales in the prior year of $2,768,000, an increase of $2,252,000 or 81%. This increase was attributable to the addition of GXI sales resulting from the Merger, which amounted to $361,000 and an increase in RBC sales of $1,891,000. The increase in RBC sales was mainly the result of growth in RBC's independent distributor base in the U.S., which realized a sales increase over the first quarter of last year of $1,712,000.

GNII should be interesting as the BIG news is not even out yet....soon?
Described as a "gift to shareholders", by a major shareholder close to GNII.
....... FWIW, I trust this guy

MY THOUGHTS ON EARNINGS RELEASE:
I found the press release on earnings very forthright and gained some respect for the company, as there was no hype attached to it.

The main positive was the excellent increase in revenues. Although earnings were down a bit, I am not concerned, as the only thing that prevented them from making big money were startup and expansion costs, which will now begin declining as a % of sales
....(i.e they are spending money to make money)

Great revenue growth will now allow for streamlining of costs. Certainly the amount spent on marketing will go down in the future as "Word of mouth" is the big free advertising of MLM companies.

This one looks good...will be interesting to watch and the fact is was just at $4.50 before a major shareholder dumped his stock, means it could go right back up there. The MM's sure took advantage and tanked the stock and picked up cheap shares.

DO YOUR OWN DD,

DAVE
