I hope that they will be able to file it soon....
Will also give it one or two weeks.. before I make any changes in my judgments.
I still feel very confident about PICK.
It started well this morning, let's see how it performs this week.

GOOD SIGN: pickcommunications.com is on its way to be opened. (already one page under construction this morning)

Have a nice Monday.
Cheers.
H.

Greetings:

IMHO, it is often a testament to the competency of management when financials are late from quarter to quarter (or in this case year to quarter). Could your imagine MSFT filing for an extension?

Over the weekend I had some thoughts regarding MSFT's current legal battles and the rumored deal between MSFT and PICK. A company as large as MSFT can deal with many issues at one time. They have thousands of employees, hundreds of attorney's and accountants, and I therefore see no reason why the PICK issue if any would need to be placed on the back burner. Of course with all the anti-trust issues in the telecom industry, maybe it would be a Pandora's box for MSFT to rush into this area at this juncture. Any thoughts?

Regards,
