But by reiterating it when people are scared with the NSM announcement he adds to the fear already present in the market and especially the weaker more volatile sectors (that are Asia related). Shane. (Kurlak times those announcements - he has a reputation to protect and he knows he can move markets - he is not wrong as far as his overall comments but the timing of his announcements to coincide with say the INTC announcement in March, the NSM announcement on Friday etc etc makes me think his neck is on the line.)
