Isn't MSFT's Int Exp argument like IBM's 1956 Punched Card

Didn't IBM accept that its U. S. patent on IBM cards was exclusionary to data processing use in general ?

Is there any new basis in law , fact or policy for personal computer user's to believe that MSFT's IE "browser" is "different" ?

Regards to all law abiding ole IRD Blues,
Jim K.
