Interesting...

I hold one, GVIL, that the general *consensus* is that they have killed themselves by agreeing to sell their award-winning modem business in order to pursue producing plug-and-play-type cross-platform network servers. They've changed direction entirely, and it will likely mean many more months before they see any profitability from the new direction....but I guess that brings up the ultimate difference between traders and investors...what is the *death* of a stock to a short-termer because of an unexpected shift that pushes off profitability a bit longer is merely a postponement of ultimate gains to someone who's in for the long haul.

I guess viewing a *shooting in the foot* as a mortal wound is a matter of perception and how long you planned to hold, eh?
