Good Evening Sonny,

I think your assessment of the Govt vs Microsoft cannot be refuted by any intelligent thinking. It is just time for Microsoft to stop trying to play the nice guy as their enemies are interpreting this to be weakness. Microsoft's adversaries are not interested in compromise, they simply want to rob the companies's profits and right to free enterprise. Long live Microsoft.

I am pleased that MSFT will start shipping windows 98 tomorrow. I think they should level some law suits of their own against all those illegal claimants.

This morning at approx. 8:20am DESTINY received its first radio air play by WMBT 1530AM in Shenandoah, PA. The production was 4 bars into the broadcast when the dj spoke of the new compact CD and mentioned a few nice words. At the end of the production some more nice words was said and I do not have to tell you that I think my mother is probably the proudest women alive. I will have to try and get her down off the ceiling. On Wednesday there will be a feature story on me and Destiny printed from Friday's interview. It will be interesting to see what is mentioned.

Hope that tomorrow is not a further decline for the techs but given todays results, anything
would not surprise me.

Best Regards
Frank
