I liked the article written in USA Today "money" on Saturday

It talked about the principles behind breaking up the monopolies of
IBM and AT&T, among others - now MicroSoft. The article suggested that the Justice Department may go as far as breaking up Microsoft
into several companies while its still in its infancy. Microsoft
is still considered small fry that wants to be a pirhana. The
Justice Department historically doesn't like pirhanas.
