Couldn't the price decline simple be due to the fact that it's financials are NOT on Edgar by the date the company promised???? That single broken promise in itself wouldn't be enough to cause the decline, but given FAMH's repeated history of broken promises and inability to answer such basic questions as 'What is the total number of shares Outstanding??' lots of people sold. This stock went from .30 to .58+ on buying, and went back down to .30 on selling. It's that simple. All this dump&pump stuff is BS. Kurt
