Lets see, 1 CEO, 1 CFO vs everybody else. If, in this case, MD $500 million this yr alone, it materially wouldn't put a dent in what the employee's and stockholders see. Also, remember CEO's and CFO's works for the stockholders, even though it may seem the reverse at times. I don't honestly think Bill Gates owns 51% of uSoft, nor do I think MD owns 51% of Dell. If the stockholders don't like what he's doing, he's GONE..Steve Jobs ring a bell? Well, OK, he's back now, but not until he was fired from his own company. SO yeah, there is one CEO that got screwed, albeit not alot of them do.
