Actually, I do know a Federal Judge and he spends more time working than most software people and is fairly computer literate since he uses a computer for research, etc. One of the most ethical people I can think of. Cannot vouch for Judge Jackson personally, but he probably is not a fool either.

Anti-trust is still a matter of business practices rather than coding style.

What kind of degree is this? I've heard of a Computer Science but not this.

I find it hard to believe this since you don't even know what an OS is. It's pretty obvious to everyone on this board that you don't have the slightest clue of what you are talking about.

An OS stands for Operating System, which means its main function is to OPERATE. It is suppose to execute and manage application code, thus any code that is executed after the system boots up is an APPLICATION.

How come all the people who know nothing about software side with Microsoft?
