In my train of thought EUTO did a Reg S and for some reason wont admit up to it, NO I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROOF OF THIS, but it makes a whole lot more since than these 4 mystery investors. ...and to follow up on that piece of wild speculation :) with some on my own... I have toyed with the thought that someone close to the management (personally close) is deeply involved and would get hurt if this was unwound in a hurry. That would be consistent with the management holding this so secret. And if there was a Reg S, it could have been the 'nest egg' of the new Eutro. Maybe? Oh well...
