Dear Ann; You are correct. The Bible is a collection of books. Written by 40 different authors over thousands of years. It is amazing that they tell a coherent story of Gods love and redemption through Yeshua. What is your biggest objection to it? I would enjoy speaking with you more about it? Well Ann if you leave out the religious man plagiarizing and put in Arrius Piso and his kin (including Josephus) doing it to control the pharisee sect who were rebelling for the Roman cruelty to slaves and women you would be right in my ball park. Try as they may these holier than thou :)) people who base their faith on this will stick to the same old effort to control people and justify their ungodly deeds. The gall they have in calling it love is apalling to most.
