Mr. Pickering,

Thank you for your highly informative posts.

After your previous posts implying that you are not entirely content with the progress of TTRIF to date, do you trust Rene Branconnier?

Clement

David Pickering:

Great work on your conference calls! I for one am deeply grateful for your sharing of information, Since you have come onto the thread(s)the quality has improved immeasurably.

We will soon not have to listen to Trooperites who do not seem to like their own thread. Trooper, if they get their act together and pursue what should be their goal that is building plants, still have enormous potential through the licensing of the process in 14 Eastern European countries. If this requires cooperating with Thermo Tech, then so be it. This may require shareholders to provide a bit of direction to Trooper management, as they are squandering a massive advantage. One should be aware that Murray Pezim (who died recently)
was "Mr VSE", a major stock promoter. Mr Lis was a close associate of Mr. Pezim, who taught him a lot. And we all know what the VSE is today, but was much worse in the past. Troopers unite! and get the company back on track. You can still succeed.

David,

I very much appreciate your taking the time to post all that you have regarding this conference call.

I for one would very much appreciate your comments on the call being that you could hear the tone in which the answers were presented. I am reading it from a very biased point of view, for I was very unimpressed with Rene..

Thanks again.

To Mr. Pickering, According to what you wrote,
"We are in discussions with one of the major
financial institutions. I expecting to have a letter of intent next
week, which will be essentially the takeout for construction
financing. I'm quite pleased with the way that's heading along. "
Then this week TT should have a letter of intent,as the call was done last week.
Question:After the letter of intent, when will they have the financing, as a letter of intent is not considered final.
Also:Rene again."I know definitely, that the market is not aware of, basically, how
close we are to this thing busting loose.big time. Well why doesn't he tell the shareholders, after all,he seems to announce as much as possible these days, and to say that he is so close, should bolster peoples confidence.
At least one part I can understand and agree"a lot of people have seen us.where
we've said things, and never delivered. " Seems he's finally catching on to some shareholders.
Explain this,"I think we have a
very good working relationship.", with who,Trooper? His own team or what?A very good relationship with his new lawyers?
Also he stated:
let's just say we have one sitting at Hamilton.totally debt free.with
the depack center working there, etc., etc..right? There is going to be an
accumulation of roughly $24 million worth of assets.
How do you get 24 million from one TMP and a depack center? Are they made out of gold?
Since when is he scared of the Trooper boys??"We have it
drafted.we're looking at it. I want to make sure that we don't release something
that the Trooper boys can shoot us with. "
And:Laurence Liebowitz, our internal counsel, definitely believes that on May 21st
there's no way that there is a possibility of us being found in contempt. We have an
engineer, plus we Dr. Dan Cumming, plus we have the Patent Examiner and
Attorney letter.stating what they've got and what we have and that the Dick
Engineering drawings belong to the new patents." Isn't those drawing supposed to be delivered? That was the reason going to court in the first place. So he has another patent on it.Who cares how many patents he gets?Do you MR. Pickering know what he is talking about??
The stock keeps on going down.Is that what he meant when he said"We believe we're in very good
shape."
What do you think will happen if the judge rules that HE is in contempt, after all, the appeal judge did rule that once before.
Awaiting your reply, and thank you for posting,I really enjoyed it and congratulations.

Mr. Pickering:

As a Shareholder I want to thank you for the time you spent in obtaining the information you shared with us. I wish you had addressed the stock price with Rene, as I've written before "who are these people selling millions of shares below $1.50 week after week?
I would like Rene to answer this question, since once again he is close to so many things, Why I ask myself, are these people selling all this stock day after day??????

I'm still confused on the financing. I understand Rene's statements regarding the construction company putting up the financing for six months, as long as they are guaranted to be taken out after that time. What follows this is confusing me; is he saying that we will have some equity financing (25%) and debt financing of (75%) that will dilute the stock or is he saying a bank will then do 100% of debt financing with no dilution of stock?????I would appreciate you stating again the financing plan.

I don't understand why Rene is so confident he will prevail in court. I don't see the issue as cut and dried as he does. What happens if we lose??? What is our option then??????

I again appreciate your efforts to inform, but the price of the stock doesn't line up with the positive spin of Rene.........
