Exactly back last May and June when a 1,000,000 share buy order would'nt budge the price, that means there was an awful lot of stock for sale, typical of the Reg S play. Once the Reg S is bought the stock start to run.

But trading sure looks like a lot of shares hit the market around June, and was absorbed into the float around July / Aug. Then it ran in Sept. Typical Reg S reaction of a stock.

I guess it blind sided everyone with the float doubling, and yes that would cause it to look like the stock heavily shorted.

Only Floyd and Brad know for sure, and they arent talking.
