I looked briefly at Attain but didn't pursue after seeing it was dialup vs. net based. I also got the impression that it was DOS based rather than Windows based, though perhaps I'm confusing it with Watcher.

I've used Attain before. It is basically the same as PC Quote / RealTick except they have a different order entry interface. Of course, having their own ECN (ATTN) is nice, and my overall experience with All-Tech was good. They own their own building in Montvale, New Jersey, and they have a well-developed back office and technology staff; however, CT was my software and customer service choice.
