Flightless,
Sorry, but will respectfully disagree with you (for now). Sitra says that Linzy is a minor player and was given a 150,000 share retainer.(note "was given") So the Feb. Form D filing of $1,000,000 doesn't refer to them if the information from Mr. Sitra is correct. Secondly the GEM release says nothing about GEM having become a major shareholder if not the major shareholder in Great White. Both of the Form D filings indicate an entity in the state of Nevada. GEM is cited as an international investment group with offices in London, New York, India and Russia. That of course doesn't mean that they don't originate from Nevada as you have pointed out. But regardless, IMO the filing still doesn't correspond with what is cited in the press releases. Whoever this entity is, they apparently are now possibly the largest shareholder in the company depending on the price of the shares. (The filing only indicates that the price is variable). A two million "credit line" (Linzy) and a Form D filing for private placement of shares are two different animals. The Gem press release talks about an "initial" investment concerning convertible debentures with debt and equity financing to follow at some point in time. Perhaps I'm misreading this and some of this is past tense. I guess we'll know more tomorrow.BTW, I have asked Mr. Sitra questions concerning this but have as yet not received a satisfactory answer. Mr. Sitra has been very helpful to this point and I don't have any reason to suspect otherwise.
