EL', Thats up to you, as a general rule, if you are long on a BB stock, and you and fellow shareholders are a tight, cohesive group, capable of weathering shortsellers smear campaigns, because they can, and will be brutal.....yes, get your position, en masse, in Name form...thats the only way to insure your investment against undeclared, naked shorting....which, BTW, exists solely to create the illusion of volume and selling to get you to sell your shares at a fraction of their worth , selling to the shortsellers who created the 'need' for shares in the market to begin with......DEMAND YOUR CERTS IF YOU ARE LONG FAMH, but....make sure the group is united and can display great resolve against the onslaught from disgruntled shortsellers that will surely follow!!
