If this post includes price of conversion for the Series B shares then the average price for the last 30 days would be over $ 8.00
Average volume on most days is between 1.7 & 2.5 assuming a 10% dilution on current price look for trading given market conditions to be between 7.25 to 8.30 near term with possible upside if market conditions improve which is questionable at best. But the addition of both A&B Convertible's should keep price down.

Bob,

I don't understand your statement: "I guess this is why Bob F is looking for less costly sales such as what can be found abroad through their foreign sales offices instead of pursuing initial sales efforts here locally in the United States where the competition is more costly."

In Q1 and Q4 97 it was the U.S. sales operation that had the best growth and beat their sales quota. The U.S end user sales team has been largely rebuilt under Don Hunt (ex-Sun) during the past 9 months and is doing quite well. The challenge has been in rebuilding Europe and Japan where multiple levels of management were cleaned out under Bob.
