Phil don't frequent that one much but I went over and read the post.
I am assuming they were referring to the same Banc One that Apco has the 5 year exclusive agreement with. I highly doubt that is the case. At least at this point and time. I don't see any advantage for Banc One to do it. Right now they have no risk other than marketing costs. They ran a successful pilot program for 1 year. If they were entertaining that idea, why not do that instead of signing a five year exclusive agreement? Obviously the agreement wouldn't prevent them from buying them a year or so down the road depending on how successful the program is. Maybe they figure they can get them for about $20 now when 2 years down the road they would have to pay $35
