I, too, look forward to continue buying Nextel into the 40s and 50s. After reading about the progress that's been made in the past year, I think the date of the first split can't be far now. Thanks, Kevin + Arnie for the information on the 12 (Local) Direct Connect markets. No, Vegas through S. California is not a typical bicycle ride. Really is quite amazing considering how many towns have two or three separate area codes nowadays...a call to someone just a couple of miles away is often long distance! What a great and well deserved celebration it will be when we finally get that long-awaited split. Mike
