Untouchable, You can do further - You can read a bit between the lines in the press releases. OTOH, they are of course a means of conveying interest in TSIS - that's a legitimate pupose, OTOH they are also a way of getting out some subtle nuances as to product/service development. When You look beyond the "Where's and wha'ts the next big-name client to sign up"-chorus You will notice some additional valuable info. Many posters ask about barriers to entry and point to the lack of patents. IMHO - patents are not necessary because COST, CONVENIENCE and FEATURES (programming has to be deployed !) of a taylored IVR-solution are serious obstacles for many companies including big-names. Stopping short of that, the barriers get even bigger if You consider the some of the newly value-added function that seem to be integrated into the platform - Internet downloadable voicemail and so on. Also note that the handling of DRIPS (Dividend reinvestment plans - the how thing for major companies to bypass broker fees) will also be handled by TSIS platform - this puts TSIS in sync with the debundling-efforts of the financial industry. This is extremely pleasant to note. This modular approach in features newly added is further strengthened by the fact that TSIS seems to be growing with AT&T reach of corporate communication infrastructure where it seems to provide a key element of service - corporate voicemail This is the reason I'm confident about my TSIS investment. Good luck everybody - and pls. take into account - also negative postings - if they contain factual SUBSTANCE are an important part of a thread - after all the knowledge increases by resolving disputes - so it's a good sign.
