Shaq, there is no way AGTI is going into the stockholders meeting without the financing and from what my sources tell me, less than 3 weeks, and then we should have a shareholders meeting at the end of June. As always this is my opinion and this is what i read from the info i have gotten.

This is also part gut feeling, but i have alot of trust in the new management, just look at the resume's.
