You're right. I agree with you, every company publicly traded should be a reporting company. But that's not the way it is.

Why do people buy NETZ? It's easy to figure, Jon. Here's two quick reasons: NETZ is both prospective and cheap. Take your pick. For me, both fit my interest for a potential lucrative investment. It has the ability to rise quickly, particularly given the new direction for a Nasdaq listing by coupling into one company with ESVS.

Why do you like oil drillers? Because you know, once they get moving, they will rise quickly. Sure, they're more stable and easier to understand overall. But the drillers because they've long been at their lows, like NETZ, could pop any day.

Granted, I'm still wearing my rookie shoes. And that's why I've learned the hard way that margin and penny stock investments don't mix.

But I know enough to know what's going on in our respective societies. And between the two--oil drillers or leading edge computer advertising--it's my view that NETZ is the better propellant to make the most money in the shortest time period.

Let's face the obvious guys. If netz were a reporting company, the price would be much more than .50 and therefore, a lot of us would not be in it.

Not being a reporting company adds to the risk/reward factor.

If you start taking away some of these risk/reward factors then,.....

it just wouldn't be netz would it.

This is why companies choose to be on the BB, is my guess. And if i ran the company in question, there is no way i'd move off of the BB because then i might have to be accountable to somebody. (And then the thread would die because we would have little to talk about....).
I am still trying to figure out why 'Dart Group' is still a BB ??
