Hi Lonnie

It's a shame they didn't listen to Adrian back in March. On May 13th when I posted that article on YBM the TSE should of halted the stock immediately. Why didn't they....HMMMMM. Anyway, my hat goes off to Adrian and the authorities for finding out what YBM was all about.

Mr Metals

Lonnie, I missed the Mr Metals story in the FP. Wonder if you would be so kind as to post it here.

Analysts, fund managers and advisors et al who have touted YBM Magnex have done a remarkable job of ignoring the company's origins. You've hit upon a key question - are these industry players inadequate or negligent in their due diligence procedures? or do they just not tell the public what they find if it doesn't suit their cheerleading roles?

I've compiled a partial list of those Canadian market gurus who pitched YBM Magnex. What due diligence did they carry out before recommending the company's shares to their clients and/or publc investors?

a) brokerage analysts

Rob McConnachie - Scotia Capital Markets (formerly analyst at Canaccord Capital)

Peter Sklar - Nesbitt Burns (Toronto)

Mike Middleton - Griffiths McBurney Partners (Toronto)

Kaan Oran - First Marathon (Toronto) now with Connor, Clark and Lunn Investment Management (Vancouver)

b) fund players

Jim Goar - O'Donnell Investment Management (Toronto)

Greg Bay - M.K. Wong & Associates (Vancouver)

Gerry Brockelsby - Marquest Invesment Counsel (Toronto)

Steve Misener - BPI mutual funds (Toronto)

Wayne Deans - Deans Knight Capital Management (Vancouver)

Anyone know of any names to be added to this list?
