Taxi, I'd start with the number on the bill for the billing questions. I had a problem on my bill a few months ago and it worked for me. I called my sales representative too and they both got involved in fixing the problem - quickly and efficiently. I'd start with my sales rep if I wanted info on their products. Climb the management ladder from there - your rep will give you names and numbers.
