Great article Art, It explains in plain words how a prf. deal works, most CEO's CFO's and so on rarely understands before it is too late. In ACTV's case I know first hand that the company thought that they had some "real" investores and would not see the usual patteren. ACTV has done a lot to try to make the "pain" a little easier and have "locked" up most of the prf. and are activily buying it back, only problem is that most companies do not have the $ to do so. I think from talking to ACTV's managment that we are out of the woods and will not see any further damage from the prf.
