For what it's worth here is more from Tech. He ask me to post it.

This is Tech from the Silicon Investor and the Year 2000 Investor
conk.com

At times, I have been the most outspoken bear when it comes to ALYD, However, this is the time to buy this stock.

The shorts have been having some fun and we will see the short interest go down as we move into June.

ALYD's Q2 numbers will be outstanding and the addition of the Pres. has made those on Wall Street, who didn't like Gruder's one man hype machine persona, very happy.

The company's Q1 results were not that bad, but the rumors of Q1 were between $2.5 to $3.0 million in profits.

May of the Reg. S. investors and European investors knew that the numbers wouldn't be that high. As many are aware short interest jumped up before the Q1 numbers.

Early last week we saw the stock tank to the mid $12.00's

Many investors were scared out of the stock and sold as the shorts were dumping small blocks and knocking the stock down and then going in with large blocks at the bottom and covering.

The MM's also played the game well and the suckers sold out to the shorts who were waiting to cover.

I know one large investment group who covered last week and has now gone long. Their price target, as well as mine, is now $18 to $20.

We are also looking for a eps of $1.00 to $1.25 FYE 1998

With a PE of 30 that would give ALYD a stock price of $30 to $37.50

We should hear some more news out of the company soon and as their share price increases, look for some strategic acquisitions to expand their business and their revenues.

Growth through acquisitions and mergers is what sets the real companies in this sector apart from the pretenders

ALYD's management understands this and has set up a post y2k strategy.

In today's marketplace it is grow or die and they know it.

Tech.

I hope he is right.

Robert
