That was very nicely said. I hope TGSK has the same compassion for shareholder value that you have for them!! So far so good.

It seems to me that this question could be pretty easily answered with a telephone call and, further, to agree with Bird, that this should have been done before Lee's lengthy posting of allegations that cannot be readily checked by others on the thread. As far as Nevada and Delaware are concerned, isn't GE incorporated in Delaware? If so, there might be something fishy there; better take a wait and see approach before I put any more into THAT one! LOL

In light of everything else that I already know about this company, this question really points to nothing that gives me cause for concern. The good news is that the market opens in about 8 hours and I get to watch my favorite show again!! GOOOO GREAT WHITE!

Flightless, if my concerns are pointless etc. Then don't bother addressing them. I thought I was being quite fair in my remarks and even hedged with "for now". If I thought I had all the facts I wouldn't be asking my dumb questions. Here's a very specific question that I asked MR. Sitra this past week.
"Is Linzy Capital stock restricted or unrestricted? The press release of Jan 22, 1998 says Linzy will invest up to 2 million over the next 12 months and that it is in unrestricted stock. Is this correct or incorrect? Is the LInzy Capital investment a "private placement" i.e. a Form D Sale?"

Here is Mr. Sitra's answer:
"The release you referred to regarding Linzy Capital had numerous errors in it and was released by the prior investor relations firm. The relationship between Linzy and Tigershrk is a very loose relationship and is basically nothing more than a letter of intent.
Linzy was given 150,000 share retainer and nothing further has transpired between the two companies. Because Tigershark received an $8 million line of credit it is doubtful if Tigershark will utilize Linzy for an equity placement anytime soon.."

Yes I do! As Paul Simon says: "get a new key Lee".

Let's see, Lee showed up around May 3 and has poked and probed and argued and antagonized TGSK repeatedly ever since. He is quick to infer trouble and to agree with other TGSK dissenters. He pooh-pooh's any reasonable response to his questions which adequately retorts his "red flags". He jumps from issue to issue, desperately looking for anything "bad" he can sink his teeth into.

All this, and if he would have invested when he began posting he would be up 50%.

Lee, wake up, it's not working.
