Does Netscape have this ability? Is there a plug in or something ?
Or am I missing some setting to activate this?
I've looking everywhere for this answer and have come up empty so far.

As far as I know, NSCP does this, too. For example, when I click on a link that is on the New York Times' web site, I do not have to log in, as it remembers my login/password and handles the interchange behind-the-scenes.
