Hello Frank. Well, the suit against Msft is official. BTW, it is more than a handful of States. There are 20. The wisdom early this morning was that once the suit was announced, Msft would rally. Not so far!! Whatever happens, it looks like this will be a lengthy case. Yes, being off shore seems to have an advantage. All foreign industry is welcome, no matter how large. Just let it not be American. I like the part of the GVT case where they say that they have one PC maker stating that Msft will retaliate when you don't go along with them. But they would not name the company, because it is afraid of retaliation, and therefore it is under seal. Great, you have an unknown accuser. What do they think of next? If you get to read this before you get home, Msft is having a conf. at 2:30 EST. You can watch it on CNBC and probably some other channels. Thanks for info on Deep Impact. Maybe they will play it on the Outer Banks of NC this week while I am down there. Sonny
