Turboe- We should get together and play poker some time..... You called my bluff.....But anyway here is my real hand.. Best Friend who is partner in major regional player bought $140,000,000.00 in two deals last year. My friend's friends include the likes of Willard Rouse and Sam Zell. He purchased these industrials at $30 bucks per foot, a REIT offered to purchase these properties at $38 bucks per foot within three months of the purchase. The REIT also wanted to buy the rest of my friend's company and their BILLION dollar PLUS portfolio. My friend's company is a one stop shop for the buyer, seller, and owner/operator/manager of properties. It already has access to some of the features that PLNM provides from various places. However, having them in one place could be very valuable and I will ask him further about what he perceives to be the value of this service Currently, I'm working on several projects that the company is developing. I'm their architect, not their lawyer. My profile says I'm an architect. I develop small properties on my own. I also work with venture capitalists to develop architectural concepts. Did one for a group with connections to a certain owner of the Florida Marlins.Plus I'm currently working on a roll out of my own that borrows from WH's philosophy that is going to make me wealthy. So please stop trying to impress me with your false bravado, THIS IS JUST MY PLAY MONEY. Deal the next hand.
