pnlk.com works for me.

I wasn't aware that they mirrored the site using https. They need to publicize that they have a secured site in the press releases.

The site looks great and the database has been increased to 2.75 million companies already.

Must have been a temporary problem. I just connected to the old address (not the new secure one) pnlk.com via Netscape communicator with no problem.
