I am also having trouble dispensing the two ingredients evenly. The tube patent belongs to ENML and is part of the story here. Apparently, it does not work properly. Even Mentadent, with its plastic molded dispenser has problems at the start and at the end of the tube. But Mentadent's dispenser is far superior to Enamelon's.

Additionally, a large tube of Enamelon sells for about one dollar more than a large tube of Crest or Colgate. And the Enamelon tube holds just a little less product than the competition.

Originally long a while ago, everything seems to point the other way now.
