Thanks Joe I have already added them to the portfolio of stocks I follow. I don't see any direct competition. CLCK works directly with banks and lending institutions. They are also working with company's like PaySys:

paysys.com

This is from the 10KSB:

FICI provides a full range of card processing services for approximately fourteen customers which consist of seven banks, three retailers and four financial service organizations that do not operate their own in-house programs and systems. PaySys International Inc., ("PaySys") has licensed FICI to use its software known as CardPAC(C) and VisionPLUS(C), which addresses every activity associated with credit card transaction processing. These software packages provide specialized applications for customer credit, merchant processing, credit bureau application processing, customer service, special interchange processing, authorizations, transaction processing and collections. In addition, FICI provides custom programming services on the licensed application software for processing requirements that are unique to a customer's business. The Company works closely with its customers to be a total solutions provider. In providing a full range of credit card processing services, the Company supports comprehensive card programs, including bankcard issuing and acquiring (merchant services), co-branded, debit card, corporate card and private label programs. The services include application processing, customer service support, remittance processing, card embossing and production, chargeback processing, billing and statement preparation, mail processing, detailed reporting, account collections on behalf of its customers and merchant services.

I'm happy to see the stock hasn't ran too far this morning so people can still get in pretty cheap. Well that's what I think anyway. Time will tell of course.

Regards, Jeff

Joe CLCK uses IBM mainframe computers. Interesting reading in the IBM White Papers on the future of electronic commerce.

Don't underestimate Columbia Capital's future roll in this burgeoning industry:

Government entitlement programs alone could be absolutely huge for this company.
