Stewart,

Are you ever going to contribute anything other than calling us fools? You've never even had a financial interest in this stock, either long or short, but just post here because of your friendship with Craig, right? Get a life!

Everyone else,

There are important questions that may be asked: what are the details of this plan? Will any of this company be retained by Osicom? Who will manage this new company? -- Please let it be anyone but the Chadha clan.

I don't understand the wording that we'll receive rights which will allow us to buy shares in the company? Right now, the shareholders of Osicom own all of the Net+ARM business. Are they saying that this is being given away, and we won't own any of it unless we pay more money? This doesn't sound right: it's not a spin-off, it's a robbery. How will I benefit as an Osicom shareholder? Solely because Osicom will raise capital by selling this new company to my fellow shareholders who choose to invest in it?

read the post and my anology only says that you have a better chance of realizing the full upside potential by spinnig. one with an iq of 85 or better would understand that the anology is correct and that a recent spin that worked well was the lu out of att. don't waste my time responding....
