Hi everyone,
I have not posted at this site, but I own WAVX and believe in it! I have enjoyed reading all of your posts and thank you for all of the information and explanations of what WAVX makes. Does anyone know if they have a web site and if so what is their address? Thank you.

I,m not yet biting my nails but I'm getting a little concerned about losing valuable promotion time, if in fact Wave is in a position to produce an announcement. If indeed a deal is ready then I feel it would be best to get the press release out this week. News during the week of the E3 may be cutting it close and not allow enough time for word to fully get around.

On the other hand, I suppose I shouldn't be doing any second-guessing because, if Wave's has actually closed any OEM deals, then Fleishman Hilliard should know just what to do. They are one of the nation's four largest PR firms, and the fact that they are now involved leaves me with a very positive feeling. It shows that Wave must now have a real story to tell and that news, if and when it comes, will be well packaged for maximum effect. In the past Wave churned out announcements in a piecemeal fashion and some of them were not significant enough to have any impact whatsoever - such as Anne Rice Digital Media in October of 1997.

I'm impressed with the stock's performance so far today (1:00 PM Eastern), especially if you account for the possibility that shares from the March Reg D holder could be entering the market. I don't know for sure but I don't believe Wave's management has had time to arrange any orderly transfer of those shares to long-term buyers 'outside' the market. After seeing the request for delay of the 10Q filing, it looks like management has its hands full with more important things.

Still anxiously waiting for an announcement!
