Evan, The billing system is interesting. So was the coverage on RM. What does South Africa's going with a new SS7 tell us, especially since it doesn't speak to VoIP at all, from what I could tell? It tells me that even as brand-spanking new $MM telecomm systems are being contracted overseas at this late date, there is a lot of resistance to changing the ways of old, and they are not helping very much the cause of Global IP Telephony. Is this good or bad? And for whom? Frank
