DGIV latest...newsletter sent to email DGIV list == A Message from Jimmy Chin, CEO == As I welcome you to this inaugural issue of "Digitcom Investor News", I have to also thank you for your support and enthusiasm for our company's success. I know that Digitcom's involved stockholders have helped insulate us from some of the ups and downs that many Bulletin Board companies endure. It's gratifying to know that you are as excited about the future of Digitcom as we are. The last two months have seen the Company secure partners anxious to move ahead with delivering international long distance services from Europe, Russia, Australia, and Indonesia. The Company's associates have done a great job in Australia, Vietnam, and the Philippines to raise Digitcom's profile in those countries. My recent trip resulted in introductions that I have hopes will develop into rewarding relationships. In particular, I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Joseph Estrada of the Philippines on his resounding victory in his campaign for President. I had a very good conversation with him while in Manila, and was able to explain to him how the economies of Digitcom's compression and IP/voice technology can benefit the people of the Philippines (and their family members in the United States) with cost-conscious international long distance. And, I expect to be racking up some more "frequent flyer" miles in the coming weeks. The addition of Ms. Maha El Kelish to Digitcom's executive ranks will help open many doors in markets that the Company wishes to enter. We are looking for great things to come from her efforts. Our VP of Corporate Communications, Roger Templeton, participated in an online "chat" this past Wednesday. He pointed out the great interest in our progress toward a NASDAQ listing. (I know some have been counting down since DGIV stock reached the $4.00 mark!) We have been preparing the SB-10 document for filing over the past weeks. As a result of my recent trip, there are revisions and amplifications that must be made to it. Roger assures me that the "10" will be ready for filing within the next two weeks. A note about the current unrest in Indonesia: We at Digitcom hope for a rapid stabilization of the civic situation in that country. The images of conflict and tragedy that come with civil disorder affect us all on a personal level. However, Digitcom should not suffer ill effects as a result of the Indonesian people's political adjustment to the rationalization of their economy. Digitcom's recent agreement to purchase an Indonesian telephone company with assured revenues from PT Telekom vests our interests in basic infrastructure, with a secure income from a source that must be counted as among the most stable in the nation. Reforms in the political life of Indonesia that many observers predict can only improve the business climate, and instill greater confidence in the Indonesian currency. While the next several days may look uncertain, the coming months should prove that Indonesia is a country on its way back. Digitcom will benefit from the re-building of the economy, having arrived after the worst of its crises had taken its toll. On a more happy note, our office in Moscow recently held a seminar for telecommunications professionals and financial institution executives, introducing our Russian peers to the opportunities of IP/voice technologies. The story follows, and from it, you can follow a link to an "Investor News" exclusive Web page to see what our Tatiana Kosyrkina actually looks like. So, again, WELCOME to the Digitcom Investor News.
