Pierre once the institutional "players" head for the door together you will see an OXHP rush for the exits. Have you listened to the news lately pertaining to the Senate's ideas about tobacco?

This will cause disquiet amongst institutional "players". Hence, my scenario for negative feelings about tobacco stocks.

Result a buying "opportunity".

One simply has to judge how far down down is.

And yes, I have had my head examined lately.
