Monday's there a lot less people on the creeks and rivers around here. Lot's of people will be waiting for Memorial Day to make it a 4-day. There are a couple of hot flies for my favorite river: a little #14 or #16 hares ear tied with a little brass bead or copper bead at the head or something they call a crackle-back -- some kind of skeeter imitation. Hot enough here now we don't even have to bother with the waders. You're contributing to my addiction - I was already thinking about it this morning. Got to hurry up and finish up a few things here this morning and get going. Have fun.
