with Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (CCSI) for the installation of
Melita's intelligent call center management solutions and agent
workstations in five U.S. CCSI call centers.
The multiple-year PhoneFrame(R) Explorer and MAGELLAN(TM) product
and service order totals more than $10 million. Citicorp Credit
Services, Inc. provides customer service and collections for
Citibank's credit card business.
PhoneFrame Explorer is Melita International's new Year 2000
compliant customer interaction and call management solution
incorporating the proven performance of the PhoneFrame product line
with an innovative, open, scalable architecture. PhoneFrame Explorer
