Just had a dark inkling: UPI..May 18..A man was taken into custody by Las Vegas police on Saturday after he tried to use stock certificates to purchase chips at the Silver Dollar Casino. Ira Monas, "a New York type." according to Detective Bob Collar, was booked after a brief scuffle. "We get 'em in here all the time. They come up short on some investment scheme and try to pawn off their worthless paper on us." Monas was led away as he screamed, "I can double on black, I know it, just gimme a chance! The @#$%!@#$ financials are due on June 1! I can't go back to New York without some serious dough!" Officials were trying to sort out the story, but the investigation took an unexpected turn when it was learned that Monas paid his bail with one million shares of Firamada, Inc. "Hey, why not?" said Joe Clink, of ATXI Bonding. "This guy has balls. He can talk the ears off a chicken. He's P.T.
