APCO Doug, Yeah ... I stopped my buy order at the last second--the first time it dipped below 11. The lack of volume has me worried, but more important is the chart: I just don't see an ACT here. Ivan

APCO Doug, The dates used seem questionable because of the low volume. I know this has been argued before, so I don't want to agonize the point.
