Brian and Fortinwit,

The article (thanks Fortinwit!) seemed to me to cite mostly fundamental considerations. Am I confusing terms (FA and TA)? Could you explain what was the TA that was used in the aricle. Sorry if I've misinterpreted your posts. The article seemed to make a good point regarding the risk-reward trade-offs. I'm new to this thread and have only followed this industry for two years.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Steve

Fortinwit, that you are thinking of buying "when they dip"
to sox = 250 implies a generally optimistic outlook. The outlook
implied by Kurlak & company is of greater magnitude, and if you
buy into it you needn't bother considering the stocks at this
stage, anyway. To say, "this tech stock is expensive" doesn't
imply an temporary dip, but an extended period of near-book or below-book valuation, for the leaders in the field.
Intel might be excused from this condition
due to its near monopoly position. It will bend, but not break.
