I hear an analyst came out with a negative report on PAIR. Anyone know who it is?

I hope people are seeing the similarities of last year this time and now in PAIR's trading activity.

What I am eluding to is that on the Bloomberg there is a story that some insiders have registered to sell stock. It is obvious based on the timing similarity of last year, that they probably have to REGISTER to sell now for two reasons. One this is when they have a window or that if they don't exercise they will loose options. REMEMBER THEY HAVE ONLY REGISTERED NOT SOLD.

Let's hope the people out here and on the street have the good sense to recognize these similarities. Simply put let's not beat this to death out here scaring small investor's.
