Larry,

<<Makes you wonder what would be the reason except to not have to disclose how they raise money?>>

It may be true that they don't have to report how they raised the money but I seriously doubt that they would keep it a secret either from their share holders. Of course I can't speak for what actions or attitudes they may take in the future but the people I spoke with were very forthright in answering questions and not trying to sugar coat things. Besides, I haven't had enough time to get out everything that I want to yet.

The decision to not become a fully reporting company at the present time revolves around administrative costs that would be associated with the financing and reporting of the financing. It would dictate that additional persons be hired as well as a paralegal to maintain the responsibilities associated with the reporting process. They feel that these are monies that will be better used for maintaining share holder value. I agree with the decision totally as long as the company maintains it's attitude regarding disimination of information to its share holders which I believe they will.

Just one other note for now because I still have to play catch up at work as well and that is that I walked away from the Maxam AGM with an entirely different feeling than I did from the IPM AGM. I had mixed feelings about the people that I met at the IPM AGM. I felt there were very questionable people (not necassarily with the company but surrounding the company). Other than one person that I met that I think was trying to blow wind up my skirt, everyone here was very serious in their nature and very professional in their presentations and actions.
