Yeesh. If you have access to a friendly clubsmith...I do...it would pay you to check the sizing on the sticks you intend to buy. A friendly guy would not whack you.

To just go out and custom fit them may cost you and unless you are very tall or very short it may not be worth it. I'm reminded of a high school friend who I bumped into at an alumni outing...he's over 7 foot tall.

Now he needs custom clubs.

But normally, it would be okay to just select a set and have a clubsmith check them out for angles and how they match up to your swing profile.
